Rates & Taxes

We offer Military and corporate discounts with proper I.D.; May not be combined with other discounts or special offers. 2 nights minimum during high season.

Gift Certificates
Please note that Gift Certificates cannot be used online or over the phone. Only original Gift Certificates will be accepted. They are for one time use only and must be surrendered at the time of use at check in.

Room rates are for single or double occupancy. We will do our best to accommodate specific room requests, however we cannot make any guarantees.

All rates are based on double occupancy – there is a two person per room limit. Exceptions: Standard, Luxury, Executive Suites and Penthouse; rate represents 2-person occupancy, with an additional $25.00 fee for each additional person (up to 4 persons max.).

There is a two-night minimum stay on weekends and holidays during high season.

Our Penthouse and Bay Suite require a minimum of 2 nights all year round.

We recommend reservations in advance of up to a month for weekends and three months for holidays.

One night’s rate without tax required for deposit day of booking. On Reservations over two night’s stay, we require half deposit down. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted. The balance of your room total will be charged upon arrival, any additional charges you might accrue (e.g... Gift Items, Restaurant) will be added to your final bill at checkout.

Valid ID/Contact Information
A valid driver’s license or ID and credit card for incidentals is required at check in, prior to receiving your room key. Name on credit card must match name on driver’s license.

If you have booked through an online agent, please email the Inn prior to check in to confirm reservation and supply contact information.

Cancellation Policy
A deposit in the amount of your first night’s stay is required to reserve your room. On reservations over two night’s stay, we require half deposit down. This deposit will be refunded, minus a $25.00 administrative fee, if the cancellation is more than 7 days prior to the arrival date. If the cancellation is within 7 days of the reservation, the deposit of the first night without the tax will be lost. Any modification should be done more than 7 days prior to the arrival date. Sorry, we cannot modify any reservations within 7 days of arrival date.

Front Desk Availability:
Front Desk Staff may be reached at the front desk from 8:00 am until 9:00 pm daily. *Hours may vary.

Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in is at 4 pm. Early check-in may be available and is subject to availability for an additional charge. Please check with Front Desk.


Check-In is between 4:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

*All check-ins past 10:00 pm require immediate action! Contact Front Desk during business hours to see for a late check-in procedure *

Check Out is at 11 am. Late check-out may be available and is subject to availability for an additional charge. Check with Front Desk.


Housekeeping – Rooms have been stocked based on the number of nights booked. If you need additional amenities, please contact the Front Desk. Housekeeping is currently being offered by request on reservations over a three-night stay. Please notify Front Desk of your request for service before 11:00 am. For the safety and health of our guests and staff, we ask that the room be vacant at the time of service. A housekeeping schedule will be arranged at the time of check-in for guests staying a week or more.

No pets. There is a $150 fine for a violation of our pet policy.
We are 100% non-smoking in all our rooms. There is a $200 fee for a violation of our smoking policy.
