Executive Chef

Dave

Chef David started his culinary career at age 17 at the

busiest restaurant in Grays Harbor County and by age 20

had become their youngest ever Kitchen Manager.

After 12 years of working in busy fast paced kitchens,

he joined a large corporate hotel chain.

Working under the top chefs in the Northwest, he grew his

culinary and kitchen management skills and became

Executive Chef of a large hotel in the corporation.

There he excelled in mass production and catering events.

With 20 plus years of experience and well over a million

smiling faces served he brings his expertise to

Spirits Bar and Grill.

David looks to bring an exciting new take on traditional American Cuisine to OAP.
