Some say that the more miles a vegetable travels to get to your plate, the less flavor and nutrition that veggie is likely to have. Produce grown for global shipment is designed to travel well, but it can't compare to locally grown goodness. 


When you look out the window at the Kitchen Garden, you see the source of some of our menu offerings, grown naturally in healthy soil without chemicals: how much closer can you get to your food? We feed our soil with compost from restaurant scraps and we supplement with trace minerals; in turn, our nutrient-dense veggies feed us. 

This season at Spirits Bar and Grill, you can expect delicious and nutritious salad mixes, garnishes, braised vegetables, herbal elixirs, and fresh fruits, as our chefs and bartenders get creative with the garden's bounty. Thinly sliced prime rib served in Parmesan crusted thick cut sourdough bread

Chicken-Bacon Mozzarella*     $13

Grilled chicken breast and crispy bacon topped with mozzarella cheese,

seasonal greens and tomato. Served on a ciabatta bun


Smoked Pork Sandwich*     $13

Twice cooked pork, smoked and grilled, served with house-made coleslaw,

fried onions and house made BBQ sauce.


The OAP Burger*     $15

A blend of Angus and Kobe beef, perfectly grilled. Your choice of Swiss, cheddar or

mozzarella cheese. Served with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayonnaise and fries.

Add bacon, mushrooms and caramelized onions for $2 each.

Blackened Salmon Sandwich*     $15

Perfectly blackened salmon served on a croissant with sweet chili aioli,
