About the Us

At Bayside, our mission is to strengthen our community through housing, advocacy, and human services supporting social and economic independence. We believe that housing alone isn't enough—true stability comes from a complete ecosystem of care. From our emergency shelter to our tiny home "healing villages," we meet our neighbors where they are, providing safe shelter, hot meals, trauma-informed case management, and healthcare.
When you join our team, you aren't just maintaining buildings; you are protecting the safe, dignified spaces our program participants call home as they rebuild their lives.
