About the Role
We are looking for a thorough Housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards. This is a vital role in our small, tight-knit crew. Because our revenue fuels our non-profit mission, your reliability and attention to detail are the backbone of our success.

· Reliability is Non-Negotiable: Consistent attendance is vital to support your teammates. You must be able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
· Driving & Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required for travel between Port Hadlock and Port Townsend properties.
· Background Check: Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
· Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive movements.
· Experience: 1 year of cleaning experience preferred, but we are happy to train anyone with the right attitude.
· Food Handler's Card: Must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
Skills
· Strong team player who communicates well and works seamlessly alongside crew members.
· Self-motivated with the ability to manage time efficiently and work independently when completing assigned tasks.
· Professionalism, speed, and a sharp eye for detail.
