Tess found she had a good ear for music at the tender age of seven, and as been singing her heart out ever since ...

Tess sings in a wide range of styles and languages, encompassing smooth jazz interpretations of the Great American Song Book, enduring Bossa Nova and Jazz Standards, and Contemporary Soft Pop/Rock hits. She sings as a lead vocalist in venues throughout the Olympic Peninsula performing with accompaniment from a single guitarist or keyboard, to jazz trio, or full jazz quintet. Her song book includes many Jazz favorites and Standards performed in French, Portuguese, and Spanish. She performs as lead vocalist of BlueSkyz - smooth jazz (@blueskyzjazz on Facebook).

In addition to jazz and popular music, Tess performed major choral works with Canto Bello Master Chorale and has sung with Riverside Lyric Opera. She has been a church soloist, psalmist and cantor at congregations in Washington and California and sings at private events and weddings.
