Linda Okazaki, a native Washingtonian invites you to “Come to the Table” for a visually delightful experience of food and imagination inspired by the rich tradition of this daily domestic ritual. These new oil and watercolor paintings for the Virginia Inn also include imagery of familiar places, landscapes, waterscapes, reverie and the mystery of dreams.
Okazaki graduated from Washington State University with a MFA and BA and was represented by Francine Seders Gallery before moving to Port Townsend where she has created a vibrant life in that community since 1980.
Okazaki’s paintings are held in private and public collections such as The Seattle Art Museum Northwest Collection, Washington State Arts Commission, King County Arts Collection, Microsoft Corporation, and Jefferson Museum of Art and History, Port Townsend, WA along with many private collections.
